Venezuela’s state-run oil company, PDVSA, plans to increase the use of digital currencies to reduce the risk of frozen sale proceeds in foreign bank accounts. But Tether vows to follow the law and block transactions. 🚨 U.S. Department of the Treasury requires PDVSA customers and providers to wind down transactions by May 31 due to Venezuela’s failure to implement electoral reforms.
