As of April 29, there were more than 349,000 Runes holders, according to data from Rune Alpha. The exchange is engaging with issuers interested in admitting cryptoasset-based ETFs, but has not provided a specific timeframe. Applications for spot Bitcoin ETFs are pending from asset management firms VanEck, DIGITALX, and Betashares. Info via Bloomberg https://lnkd.in/diWGxZtC 🚨 MicroStrategy (MSTR) reported a net operating loss of $53.1 million, or $3.09 per share, in the first quarter after taking a digital asset impairment charge of $191.6 million, according to a Monday afternoon press release here https://lnkd.in/dUzeJ_Sf MicroStrategy purchased 122 additional Bitcoin for a total of $7.8 million between April 1 and April 26, according to the report.As of Friday, MicroStrategy holds 214,400 Bitcoin, or $13.5 billion worth at the current price of the asset. 👀 In May, $3 billion worth of tokens will be unlocked across seven different projects, including Pyth and Aevo. Pyth will unlock 2.13 billion tokens, while Aevo will implement both cliff and linear unlocks. Other projects like Avalanche, Memecoin, Ethereum L2 Arbitrum, Aptos, and ApeCoin will also release tokens into the market.
