On this week's episode of SMI Radio, I catch up with Grouplove's Christian Zucconi from the road. The band played two stellar shows in the Emerald City this past fall. You can see photos and a write up of the show by clicking the link below. Christian talks about the new musical direction on the bands most recent record, Spreading Rumors. Along with an interesting conversation with Christian, you will hear selected tracks from the new disc as well. In the second half of this week's show, you will hear my conversation with Bothell Washington's very own Robert DeLong. Robert has played drums in a ton of indie rock bands and even did his thing in his high school marching band. Robert's main musical focus is directed towards House, electronica, EDM, and moombahton but his rhythm acumen and affinity for a good melody remain intact as you will hear as we feature some selected tracks from Mr. Delong's most recent effort, Just Movement.
