Blog 22 - New Season, Old Me

Welcome back everyone! Has anyone else noticed that Fall has arrived? Yes, it’s time for cozy layers, pumpkin-spiced lattes, warm brown and orange tones, and my personal favourite... the beautiful change of the leaves on the trees. Yes, it is no secret that Fall is one of my favorite times of the year. But the onset of Fall also places my heart in a reflective state and as always, this time of year, I often find myself thinking about change. However, as we touched on pruning in my last blog, I also find my mind reflecting on the topic of growth, and how one does not necessarily indicate the other. How many of us know that passed time does not guarantee change and while change can occur, it does not always reflect growth? In order for growth to take place, intention needs to be part of the equation. So, in today’s blog I ask the question, How are you changing? How are you moving from season to season? Are you just going through the motions or is progress actually taking place?
