Blog 25 - Releasing Perfectionism

Welcome back everyone!Are there any perfectionists in the room? Let me see you! Being a perfectionist is something that I have always low-key loved about myself. I would laugh about it and proudly own that title when discussing it with others. In fact if you told me I was a perfectionist, not only would I agree with you but I would probably feel really good about it too. This was because in my mind, perfectionism and excellence went hand in hand and it was big time #goals. However, over the years, though gaining societal applause, it has been highlighted to me why this personality trait is not as good as I once believed it to be.
