BLOG AUDIO | What Did You Just Say?
from The Radical Harmony Podcast Hosted by Harmony
What Did You Just Say? In this audio reading from my blog, I’m exploring something that hit me on the trails: we spend a lot of time making sure other people hear our opinions, but how often do we actually listen to ourselves? We talk, react, defend, complain, advise, judge and repeat things on autopilot. Family language. Cultural language. Old relationship language. Fear language. Beliefs we may have carried for years without ever stopping to ask, Do I actually still feel this way? This piece is about self-awareness, conditioning, identity, and the strange, sometimes hilarious moment when you catch yourself mid-thought and realize you may be repeating an old script instead of speaking from who you are now. As I continue expanding The Radical Harmony Podcast, I’m also bringing my written work here in audio form, alongside readings from The Cycle: A Food Adventure to Wellness. Different mediums, same intention: to get curious about what makes us human and how we can live with a little more awareness. Listen in. And maybe, after this one, ask yourself: What did you just say?
