Fucking Yankees just gave Gerrit Cole a 9-yr, $324 MILLION contract and gods damn them I hate the Yankees so much. No one else can afford that kind of pay on top of whoever else they have. Except the Dodgers, maybe. Anyways. I am seriously considering extending this series of episodes into the second book, in an effort to provide an adequate amount of story content.
