Suddenly, a hidden Mongol was about to attack Jin from the tall grass, but he was taken care of by a straw hat ronin. And it looked like Jin was about to have a duel with him next. But actually, the Ronin recognized Jin, and so did Jin. And it looked like they were friends from the childhood, and this ronin was called Ryuzo. They had a conversation where Jin talked about saving his uncle from the fortress and asked the Ronin for his help about this. He offered them food and rewards if they joined his desperate cause. When they were having this quiet conversation under the falling leaves, they were surrounded by a group of Mongol in the woods.
