Blood, Sweat, and Tears with guest, Daniel Andrews

from The Empowering Process Podcast With Gail Kraft · host Gail Kraft

Episode 151 Daniel Andrews, founder of Cutting Edge Business Coaching, LLC Joins me on The Empowering Process Podcast to share his story of not being quite good enough and how it took a divorce for him to explore what was missing in his life. Growing up he heard, “but I know you could have done better,” from adults thinking they were encouraging him to stretch for more. He lived in a veil of never quite making it. This that led him to undervalue what he was capable of. He heard, “you had so much potential.” As an adult, after 20 years of not being there yet, Daniel decided it was time to get off this ride and make intentional changes in his life. He now asks you, as well as himself: • When you chose that course of action, what did you want to have? What was the result that you wanted? • When you chose that course of action, what did you guess the most likely result was probably going to be? If you answer these questions first, you are less likely to do something completely against your own best interests. Join me as we dig into turning Daniel turning his life around and creating a business that is based on getting to know your people, your customer, and yourself. Daniel Andrews is a franchise owner of Networking in Action and founder of Cutting Edge Business Coaching, LLC. He is an integrator, connector, and mentor helping businesses change the way they connect and grow.
