Her transformative journey began with the unexpected birth of her son at 25 weeks gestation, sparking a profound calling to support families in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU). Motivated by personal challenges, including her father's battle with cancer, Charlotte set out to elevate her nursing practice. In addition to her registered nursing license, she holds certifications as a board-certified nurse coach, holistic nurse, and Trauma Informed Professional. These qualifications not only refine her patient care but also allow her to seamlessly blend the art and science of nursing, addressing the holistic needs of individuals and families.
