A Bloomfield Hills family says they're offering a $10,000 reward for the safe return of their beloved dog, Harvey. Harvey, a 10-year-old black and white terrier mix, has been missing since March 6, and evidence suggests someone picked him up. Crissy Murphy says her family does not feel complete without him.
