Blue Beetle review

Before the new era of DC movies can begin, the last remaining movies of the old era have to be put out and this one, Blue Beetle, is the second to last old era movie. The last will be Aquaman And The Lost Kingdom. In Blue Beetle, Xolo Mariduena plays Jaime Reyes/Blue Beetle who unwillingly becomes the titular superhero after messing with an object from another world. Caught in the crossfire between Blue Beetle and the evil Kord Industries is his family and he must protect them and himself. Susan Sarandon plays the malevolent Victoria Kord, head of Kord Industries, who seriously wants the Blue Beetle power. We’re in for a showdown! Is this showdown worth driving to the theater?
