Her mission is to shape a healthier fashion system by breaking companies’ silos and building bridges across supply chain segments.She's worked in various roles, ranging from fabric development at Burberry, responsible sourcing & social compliance at UK retailer FatFace, to retail and marketing to even farming! (cotton) for companies internationally. She has gained understanding of the industry’s dynamics and how supply chains operate. She's well-versed in the key sustainability challenges facing the textile industry today and works one-on-one with clients to overcome them. She's Italian-born but internationally raised. Lived in 4 different countries and worked across the globe. A multilingual, out-of-the-box thinker who is highly dynamic and versatile. She strives for bringing fresh new perspectives into the room.Michael Kininmonth has spent the whole of his 45 years working life in textiles. He trained at University of Bolton in the UK. He has had a wide and varied career spanning fiber spinning through to garment production, woven and knits through to non-woven composites, apparel fabrics through to medical textiles. He joined the then only UK-based denim mill, Smith & Nephew, back in 1974. He is widely travelled and is the holder of several textile patents. He joined Courtaulds just after the launch of TENCEL, and still has the scars to prove it. He is now employed by Lenzing Fibers as Business Development Manager. His currently responsibilities are split between sustainability and denim projects.
