Blue Collar Mystic

I get to talk again with my friend, Eric. We had him on this podcast two years ago after his brush with death (literally). Eric is the person I think of whenever people ask what it looks like to hear God, engage with the Holy Spirit, and follow Jesus outside of a formal ministry context. Eric uses the term "blue collar mystic" to describe what it looks like for him. A mystic is simply someone who has had an experience of God. Karl Rahner said that the Christian of the future will be a mystic or nothing at all. This conversation with Eric covered a lot of territory, and there is plenty for another podcast.
