Today's guest is widely respected in the Facilities Management industry because of his leadership and professionalism. He started in the trades immediately after high school, forgoing a college education. He landed a job with Hope Builders working nights, taking out the trash. Through hard work and refusing to stop learning he worked his way up through the company, eventually leaving to pursue a career in Facilities Management with Chipotle Mexican Grill. After several years traveling the country and advising on various projects he returned to Hope Builders in the service management division. Dale used his unrelenting work ethic and innate drive to build a life for him and his family using the skilled trades as the catalyst for his success, by his definition. He is able to provide wonderfully for his growing family and give back to those in need.
