Blue is the New White #53 - Jeff Victory, Allpoints Foodservice Parts & Supplies

Today, we have someone I had the pleasure of first meeting this past spring at the RFMA annual conference. Jeff Victory is a Sr National Account Sales Manager for Allpoints Foodservice Parts & Supplies. Jeff is an awesome, intelligent, down to earth guy who never thought he would be in the trades. He grew up in the world of sports and was hoping for a scholarship to propel his career. After a few injuries, he had to let that dream go to protect himself, but worked his way up in the restaurant world to a wildly rewarding career. From washing dishes to management, to facilities, and eventually starting a service company called Core Mechanical. Jeff and his team scaled Core to 90+ employees before seeking an exit. Now he still works on the part sales side of the industry and can call himself a success by accomplishing everything he sets out to on a daily basis. He is a prime example of another person who used the skilled trades to achieve success by his own definition. No matter how often that definition changed.
