Blue is the New White - Industry Training

In this episode we introduce our new Co-Host of the Perception Evolution Project, Jim Silveira. You may remember Jim from the episode he was on last year. He brings to the table, 45+ years experience in Food Service Equipment, HVAC, and Refrigeration. He has worked in almost every area of service including technician, manager, business owner, and consultant. We are proud to introduce him to the show to share his wisdom about the history and future of the trades. In this episode we talk about technician training how it exists today, what the problems are, and what can possibly be done about it. Because the topic revolves around the younger generation of techs, we touch on the skills gap and perception as well.
