Blue Is The New White with XOi Technology's John Cahalan

This week we sit down with John Cahalan from XOi technologies. Coming up in a family with a background in manufacturing, John got his start in the small Florida town of Lakeland and began his professional career like so many others (almost). He was awarded a scholarship and attended University of Florida for Sports Management before ultimately deciding to pursue a career working with his hands. He quickly found a job in construction, then to a modular building, and ultimately ended up working in software at XOi as the Sr. Process Engineer serving the trades in a manner that he never before fathomed. We talk about the value of trade-work, the places it can take you, and the overall satisfaction in life that can be realized with a little hard work and a hands-on approach.
