As vice president of higher education at Kelly Education, he's currently reimagining the adjunct instructor workforce as a global talent pool--removing the administrative burdens of recruiting, tax and wage compliance, workers' compensation, and professional development for academic institutions--clearing the way for the best, credentialed talent to share their real-world insights with students regardless of geography. A champion of on campus and the virtual-learning experience, his expertise extends into the development and application of big data, artificial intelligence, and gamification through online education platforms.
