Darius talks with us about how he did research on ADHD, and it opened his eyes to a different understanding behind why he would often times be at work, or in social climates and “10,000 things are going on at once” in his head . We all shared our thoughts behind the definition of the diagnosis, because let’s be honest, how many people are walking this earth with undiagnosed mental health illnesses ? He talks about how his wife has been a huge advocate behind helping him figure it out, and also talks about how they met and gives us a funny story behind their journey that led to holy matrimony .
