But, he is a man that has a story that needs to be told on our platform today. ‼️We want to welcome to the platform our good friend and brother, Denis Bermudez ⭐️ to the show. Spending time at Montgomery Bell Academy coming up and being a student at Vanderbilt University, Denis comes to our platform married, with a beautiful family, and has really made an amazing life for himself that came from the lessons of adversity. A native of Ecuador 🇪🇨, we enjoyed talking with Denis about the feeling of being from an immigrant family. He recalls the memories of his parents moving to the states at 6 years old and telling him, “we’re never going back.” He never knew English, so talk about mentally how tough that was for a kid to be removed from “home”, and places in a foreign community?This moment began a new life for Denis & his family. He vents about the dynamics of that major move, and also talks with us about how social media paints such a false sense of reality. It is so much easier for people to be one person behind the phone, but a different person when the phone is removed. So much to gain from this episode, so be sure to not skip one piece!
