That company is known nationwide as USATOP100, which has served communities and families across the country for the last 7 years. Outside of that, Mr. Reid enjoys being a father, and vents with us about what fatherhood means to him. He stated, “You can’t make a 100% in fatherhood … I am just trying to get a passing grade.” This statement is louder than you probably can hear, as it speaks to the hidden feeling most men have behind being a father. Never really knowing if you’re doing it “right”, and just having that cloud of insecurity really can be overbearing mentally. Eric vents about how his children have seen the sacrifice; he talks about a time where business was placed over family, due to the grind men get trapped in often times unconsciously.
