BNI 205: When Do They Become a Clique?

This week we answer another show submission from a member who asks: When does a contact sphere turn into a "click"?  What are the effects on the rest of the chapter and how does it effect the contact sphere?  If a member is in a very successful contact sphere do they loose sight of the importance of also referring to the other members not in their sphere?  Most importantly, how much money are they leaving on the table by not paying attention to the members outside their sphere?
