BNI 52: Member Request - Should I Discuss the Quality of My Services?

In this podcast we answer another member request!  Here is the question we answer: One of the questions that has come up in our discussions is whether it is our job to show/prove to our chapter that we are excellent at what we do. Or is it assumed that everyone in the group is great at what they do, and that we all know it? I know it might sound elementary, but I have spent a fair amount of time in my presentations talking about the quality of my services, with the assumption that others need to be convinced. Perhaps this is a good new podcast topic?
