Previously, Tama served as Senior Director for Resilience at the National Security Council and as Captain of the Port of New York and New Jersey. He is a graduate of the U.S. Coast Guard Academy and holds advanced degrees from the University of California, Berkeley, and MIT Sloan School of Management.
