Nearly two-thirds of organisations worry their Boards don't understand cyber challenges and are not fully prepared for a data crisis, the Goverance Institute warns. A survey of 345 executives found 57 percent are not positive about how their organisation manages and protects important data. Governance Institute CEO Megan Motto says the standout risk is cyberattacks followed by new technologies like A-I.
