Ephesians 2: 1-10 Vs 1 Before Christ rescued us, our sins had separated us from God, and we were spiritually dead. Vs 2 Before Christ rescued us, we were enslaved by the world that pressured us, the devil who deceived us, and our flesh that enticed us to sin against God. Vs 3-7 Because He loved us, God made us alive in Christ in order to display His grace for all eternity. Vs 8-9 Salvation is the gift of God; it cannot be earned but only received by faith and humility.
