Boats annnnd!... That’s right, it’s that time of year again; Boats and Bluegrass 2024 has sailed its way to Winona before reembarking on its journey down the mighty Mississippi. But there's no need to be Blue about this Bluegrass because KQAL was there to record this year’s festival for ya, and we will be playing these years boot stomping bands, all autumn long.Tonight, we bring you Minnesota based band The Roe Family Singers.
