Send us Fan MailBob Beach is one of the best comedians in Utica, N.Y. He started doing improv at the Uptown Theatre in 2018 and began stand-up pretty soon after that. He's able to do that while working on his PhD dissertation on cannabis usage between World War I and World War II, something we all think about on a daily basis.
