Bob Selle: Lessons in Collaborative Leading

This week Kip walks with Bob Selle by beautiful Narragansett Bay.  Bob is someone who leads from his heart and with much humility.  Bob shares an important lesson about the value of collaboration over competition that he learned as a result of being passed over for a promotion.  Kip and Bob also discuss the current state of the country and some of Bob’s recent favorites reads.  Bob is the Chief Human Resource Officer at Ocean State Job Lot, the northeast’s premier close-out retailer.  (Note – this episode was recorded before the election).
