An interview I did a few years ago with my friend William Cannon on his Police Off the Cuff podcast. Tells my story of being on the United flight out of Newark that morning, one behind United 93 in the flight path, hear about how the four armed FBI Agents on that flight saw the first plane impact the North Tower and how we were briefed by the pilots, who were desperately trying to raise Flight 93 on their radio and how we secured the aircraft until our emergency landing. The we raced back to Manhattan and were working at Ground Zero before the day ended. We also cover my Audible Original Series, After the Fall, which I co-wrote and produced for the 20th anniversary of 9/11 and which tells the story of the investigation into the 9/11attacks told directly by the people on the ground working the case.
