from SMARKDOWN BLVD Hosted by SMARKDOWN BLVD
On this episode Jose and Jermaine talk about the eventful week in wrestling and the 2020 Wrestling Observer Newsletter Awards! Oh yeah, and Dizon sits down with Jose to talk about his encounter with Jermaine on the 50th Episode! To begin with, Jermaine is raving about Bobby Lashley being the neeeww WWE Champion! He called it last year; The Hurt Business will eventually have all the Gold! And now they do! Jose finally gives Cody, AEW and Shaquille O'Neil their props after this week's Dynamite! But the second hour of the show goes back to the regularly subpar programming Dynamite is used to, of course. The pair of Smarks also discuss this weekend's AEW PPV, Revolution and make predictions as to who will debut who is has a Hall of Fame worthy career. Will it be Jose's pick; Rob Van Dam or Jermaine's pick; C.M. Punk! The main topic this week is Dave Meltzer releasing his 2020 Wrestling Observer Newsletter Awards! We have been waiting and they are finally here! And...we can't disagree more with the awards! Is Dave Meltzer employed by AEW? Is he All Elite? Tune in to find out who Dave Meltzer deemed worthy of an award and our thoughts! Connect with us on Instagram (@smarkdownblvd) for more! THIS IS SMARKDOWN BLVD! Oh yeah, and that pesky Dizon sits down with Jose! (Jermaine approved and wrote this message) =)
