Look in your closet: what brands and cuts consistently fit and make you feel good? Start there and stop putting yourself in situations that trigger “why doesn’t this fit?” spirals.Do the photo reframe. Look at pictures of yourself from 5–10+ years ago. Notice how likely you were too critical then… even though you can see now how beautiful you were. Let that be proof that your brain is not a reliable mirror.
