Body In The Snow: The case of Karen Read

During the early morning of January 29, 2022 Boston Police Office John O' Keefe was found dead outside the home of another Boston Police Office Brian Albert. His body was discovered by his girlfriend, Karen Read. Read had dropped O'Keefe off at the Albert residence the night before and had not heard from him since. Read was arrested and charged with second-degree murder, manslaughter, motor vehicle homicide, and leaving the scene of a deadly crash. Prosecutors allege that Read hit O'Keefe with her SUV and left the scene She faced a criminal trial in the Summer of 2024 which resulted in a mistrial as a result of a hung jury. She is currently facing her second trial which began April of 2025. Did she do it?
