Text: II Corinthians 8 To yield means to surrender or to give up. While this is not common in the world today it is essential if we are to allow the Holy Spirit to work in our lives. I. A yielded life is not distracted by circumstances. (vs. 1-2) II. A yielded life goes above and beyond. (vs. 3) Are we totally yielded to the Lord today? Healthy churches happen when they are surrended to the Lord.
