The body of a 27-year-old man who went missing after falling from a WaveRunner at Willard Bay Reservoir was recovered Monday evening. Capt. Chase Pili, public information officer for the Utah Department of Natural Resources Law Enforcement Division, said rescuers located and recovered the body of Isaac Maiquema Vasquez of Ecuador at approximately 5:50 p.m. Monday. Vasquez had been missing since Sunday evening after he and two other occupants fell from a WaveRunner. The other two occupants resurfaced, but Vasquez did not.
