Last week an Ethiopian Airlines Flight a Boeing 737 Max 8, went down shortly after take-off from Addis Ababa killing all 157 people on board. The accident, occurred less than five months after a Lion Air jet crashed into the Java Sea in Indonesia during a similar stage in its flight, killing all 189 passengers and crew. Since last week’s tragedy, all Boeing 737 Max aircrafts have been grounded worldwide pending investigations.
