Bojan Djordjic - "As a war refugee, football was my escape"

This week we were joined by former Manchester United player Bojan Djordjic. Bo opened up to us about his incredibly tough childhood, growing up in the Yugoslav Wars, which led to he and his family escaping to Sweden. He told us how football was an escape for him both mentally and literally. We heard how Sir Alex Ferguson convinced him to sign for Man Utd by flying out to visit his club and offering him his first deal. And how the boss made John O'Shea shave Bojan's hair off!
