Bold Faith | Pastor John Niewald

Message Notes“Dear friends, don’t be afraid of those who want to kill your body; they cannot do any more to you after that. 5 But I’ll tell you whom to fear. Fear God, who has the power to kill you and then throw you into hell. Yes, he’s the one to fear”. Luke 12: 3-5I would say that what we need more than anything in today’s world of uncertainty…is bold faith. The epicenter of the Christian faith is this horrible/wonderful event that set the standard and the tone for bold faith Christianity.Your Savior was extraordinarily bold.Your Savior was bold, your Savior was fearless, He was braver than hell. He was stronger than steel. And this Savior says to you and me, “Follow Me.”• Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves• Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their crossBold faith comes from having your fear placed in the right place… GodUncertainty is unavoidable, but being fearful is optional.1 Is our version of Christianity worth all that?2 When your will and God’s will conflict, Are you denying yourself and following His will?3 Is the way that we live worth the price they paid?ScriptureMark 15:1-32, Matthew 27:39-40, Matthew 16:21-27, Luke 12:3-5, Acts 21:13Support the show
