I had the chance to grab a few minutes of this very busy woman's time (teacher, buisness owner, mother of 4 with one on the way!) to hear about her journey to owning 3 locations of her "wellness bodega" as she calls it! "It begins with passion", says Ammy! She really was in search of a place to get good, healthy food for she and her family, so why not just open it!  And thats where it began with the first of their 3 locations in Jamaica Plain!
