I’m sharing some thoughts inspired by Tamara Levitt’s meditation on gentle boldness, my own experiences from training, and some research-backed reasons to step outside our comfort zones—even just a little bit. We’ll talk about how boldness shows up in our work, our relationships, and our weight loss journeys.
