Bogart plays Slate Shannon who owns a hotel in Havana and gets involved in intrigue with his beautiful sidekick "Sailor." Shannon and Sailor get involved with a shipment of arms for a planned revolution. But Shannon never picked up the "merchandise" in Key West, and two murders follow because he doesn't have the guns. The characters in this series are based on those in, "To Have and Have Not," which featured both Boagrt and Bacall. The plot of this episode is based on the story of the film.
