Also a lightning round full of humility, cortisone shots and career ending stupidity.On the cocktail side of things Ben is drinking a Carajillo Puesto while Matthew is drinking a Maneki-Neko-ish. Recipes below.Carajillo Puesto2 oz Licor 432 oz EspressoAdd Licor 43 and ice to a rocks glass. Layer with espresso.Maneki-Neko-ish2 oz Sesame-infused Bourbon1/2 oz Licor 431/2 oz Cocchi Torino Sweet Vermouth2 Dashes Angostura BittersOrange peel for garnishFirst steep 4 ounces of bourbon with one tablespoon of toasted sesame seeds for at least 24 hours. Then combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir for 30-40 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass with a large ice cube. Express orange oils over drink and garnish with the peel.
