NSW PREMIER, Chris Minns means has foreshadowed changes to NSW gun laws following the tragic shooting deaths of 15 people, plus one of the perpetrators, at Bondi. In addition to the glaring question of why he won’t address the cultural melting pot that caused the event, we have a deeper look at what this means for shooters in NSW, and elsewhere.
