Before there was a Tim Wise in my life, I had Coach Barrere. ------------------With all this talk about MAGA 'regretting' their votes, I cannot help but think that if Lincoln had properly punished the South rather than believing all this would go away in order to heal the nation, things would be so much different.As a heard the fabulous digital content creator Leslie Renee (another phenomenal Black woman in my orbit) say, "Guilt is not the work." If we're honest, MAGA cultists not sad. They don't 'regret' anything. They are caught---and caught up in what they thought would catch other people.
