Click to Text Thoughts on Today's EpisodeI am beyond blessed to have a lot of friends. Today I want to introduce you to one group of them. The women on today’s show represent half of my core group of college friends. Collectively, our group has had countless experiences together and I can’t tell you how cherished and dear they are to me. We’ve been through marriages and divorces, babies and launching adults and now caring for our older parents. We’ve tried to support each other as best we can during these individual seasons.Right now, however, we are all in the same season and experience: covid-19. Our group texts have shared what’s working and what’s not. Our group brings a diverse perspective politically and from our own personal experiences. We don’t always agree and we’ve had to work through some things offline but our love for each other never falters.I thought it might be fun for you to listen to a conversation between some of us on our own experience and survival strategies, so I invited four of them on for an open conversation. In today's episode we discuss:How our days have changed and how adjusting one's schedule into "waves" is helpful. How we are managing the never ending stream of hungry mouths.Games our families are playingDifferent approaches in homeschooling Priority shifts"Five years from now..."
