Since moving, he has become a father to wonderful kids who fill his life with the perfect mix of chaos and joy!! Professionally, he is interested in learning how childhood adversity and toxic stress affects children into adulthood and how parents can break the cycle of generational trauma to find joy in parenting and develop happier, healthier children. His passion for helping other dads find the joy in fatherhood and engage with the health and well-being of their kids led him to launch the Docs2Dads podcast.
