Issue 5 of the series entitled "Mayor Mayhem Part I" features a flashback to Batman's year one dealing with a corrupt, power hungry Gotham socialite turned politician who ruled Gotham with a brutal police force designed to carry out his corrupt bidding. Unfortunately for the Dark Knight he's back and the Good Brothers have lots of speculation as to where the story is headed, as well as a critique for some of the pencils and inks for this month's issue from returning artist Rick Burchett.
