Bonus Episode 1: From Death to Life - Truths About God's Restoration

In this Flashback Bonus Episode, I share a message from Christmas 2018. God gave me the word Restore that year – I thought “Yes – Joel 2:25 – I will restore the years the locust ate.” But I quickly learned that restoration doesn’t mean getting back all the things you lost. It means stripping, sanding, abrasion – think more like restoring an antique table. The Greek definition of the word restore is “to adjust down to fully functioning.” That year I learned restoration isn't additive. Over and over, God brought Ezekiel 37 to mind. That is how I felt most of that year: I felt like that valley of dry bones – out in the desert. But God is not bound time and location. Our life’s circumstances do not limit God. He can move in any situation at any time. Here are four truths from Ezekiel 37:1-14 about God's Restoration that I think will encourage you today in the midst of 2020.
