Bonus Episode 1: Natalie Lee and Illana Gambrill

This is the first of three bonus episodes created to accompany season one of Harness. This episode features Natalie Lee and Illana Gambrill and was recorded in November 2019. Natalie (who you'll recognise from SO1E01) is a blogger, speaker, fashionista and self love advocate. Illana is a professional dancer and the founder of Dance Box.  The pair met when Natalie began shaking her booty at Illana's sweaty, sexy and empowering dance classes. Illana helped Natalie unleash her inner diva and, in turn, Natalie supported Illana to grow her business and focus her energy on lifting up women through movement. 2020 has already been a big year for these two powerhouses with the launch of FEELING MYSELF - inclusive, empowering workshops designed to leave all its attendees feeling powerful and confident.
